How to secure your place:
Please email LakesideAthleticMedia@outlook.com with the entry forms or for any queries. Spaces will only be guaranteed with payment to the account situated on the registration form.
If you have two teams or more, please specify different team names and/or colours worn for differentiation.

Note – Under Girls have been replaced by U15s. Our form has not been changed, please fill in the under 8 girls section if you’re entering a U15 team.

Any age groups which are ‘FULL’ have a waiting list, submit a registration form to be contacted if a space becomes available.
